Orders
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum for retail purchases. For wholesale pricing, we recommend ordering by the case or in multiples of your regular pack size. Message us on WhatsApp for current wholesale slabs.
How do I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Simply tap any “Order on WhatsApp” button, or call us. Tell us the products, pack sizes and quantities, and we'll confirm price and delivery.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer and popular mobile wallets. For large wholesale orders we can discuss terms directly.
Storage
How should I store cheese and frozen items?
Keep cheese refrigerated at 2–8°C and sealed. Frozen items (fries, patties, nuggets) must stay frozen until use — do not refreeze once thawed. Check each pack for its best-before date.
